"OMG, I put on weight :("

Yes, I loiiikee it very much! Erkk..
You know what, I think now I put on weight. LOL.~~
Eeee, seriously tak boleh blah.. I should start my workout, go gym and need to consistent it..

Okay, It's time to get lean!. Workout routines to help cut the fat while maintaining muscle mass.

Cakap memang senang, tapi nak konsisten ?? Agak susah jugak.. Lagi-lagi orang macam aku nie.. Yang ade penyakit 'M' nie.. You know penyakit 'M'? 'M' stand for MALAS.. Okay daa..~

Haishh.. Bile agaknya yea aku nak kurus nie, lagi-lagi aku nak tunang bulan 5 nanti.. Sempat ke tidak nie?

Walaupun Adele nie gamuk @ big size die tetap boleh berjaya sebagai penyanyi :)

Khloe Kardashian, she's chubby rite.. Tepi tetap geogeous kn.. 
Dapat badan macam nie pon okay lah..
